World’s largest SDD

KETEK presents the world’s largest Silicon Drift Detector with a collimated active area of 150mm². With typically FWHM≤133eV and P/B>15,000 it offers an excellent performance. Despite the exceptionally large active area, the Be window remains with only 25µm very thin allowing very good transmission. Also the TO housing is with 22mm diameter slim and pin-compatible with the well established VITUS H80 SDD.
