Effective October 7th 2021, KETEK GmbH and Broadcom Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Broadcom”) signed an agreement pursuant to which Broadcom will acquire the Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) assets of KETEK.
Broadcom will take over all SiPM products from KETEK, integrate the former KETEK SiPM products in the Broadcom SiPM portfolio and continue the sales of all SiPM products.
