- Take suburban train S-Bahn S5 to Perlach station
- Leave Perlach station at the exit “Unterbiberger Straße” and follow the long ramp to the street
- Turn left and follow Unterbiberger Straße
- At the first crossroad turn left into Weidener Straße, the street will turn right soon becoming Bayerwaldstraße
- At the next crossroad, turn left again into Hofer Straße
- Head west and keep left to continue onto Zentralallee
- Continue onto St2584. Merge onto A92.
- At the interchange 4-Kreuz Neufahrn, keep right and follow signs for A9 toward Salzburg/Österreich/Italien/München
- Keep left at the fork to stay on A9, follow signs for München/Stuttgart/Lindau
- Take exit 76-München-Schwabing on the left toward Mittlerer Ring Ost/Messe / ICM
- Merge onto Schenkendorfstraße/B2R. Continue to follow B2R.
- Turn left onto Ottobrunner Str. (signs for Rosenheim)
- Turn right onto Unterhachinger Str.
- Turn left onto Weidener Str.
- Continue onto Bayerwaldstraße
- Turn left onto Hofer Str. Destination will be on the left.
