Silicon Drift Detectors in a range of active areas from 7 mm² to 100 mm² for XRF, EDX and TXRF applications. Guaranteed energy resolution (FWHM @ 5.9 keV) down to 133 eV, typically 129 eV.

Analytical X-ray Acquisition Systems complete with SDD, reset type preamplifier, optional digital pulse processor and all power supplies in compact housing. Standard finger lengths from 50 mm to 300 mm.
