NEW 50mm² High-End SDD with guaranteed <127eV energy resolution

KETEK is introducing its new 50mm² silicon drift detector with unpecedented guaranteed energy resolution and large thermal budget:

• Guaranteed FWHM ≤ 127 eV at 16 µs peaking time

• Guaranteed Peak to Background  > 10000 (typically > 12000)

• FWHM at + 40°C heat sink temperature still < 133eV 

• 65mm² SDD chip size collimated to 50mm²

• TEC power consumption less than 2 W at 20°C ambient

• Standard 12.5 µm thin Be window
