The KETEK AXAS (Analog X-ray Acquisition System) is a detector system including all necessary electronics and power supplies ready, for operation within minutes after receipt. It makes use of the excellent properties of the KETEK SDD (Silicon Drift Detector) modules and thus is optimally suited for x-ray measurements in the energy range between 150 eV and 30 keV as for XRF, EDX, XRD and scientific applications.
