In 2004 KETEK was honoured with the innovation award by the consortium of
Bavarian Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken for innovative products and technology.
Among others, the technological leadership of KETEK was demonstrated once again
in 2007 by the development and introduction VITUS, the 5th generation
of highest quality advanced radiation detectors.
In 2008 KETEK could acomplish SDDs with a world record energy resolution
down to 123.0eV for Mn Kα line with its 6th generation.
